Thesis Submission Schedule for the First Semester of 2025

    • If there is a change in the advisor: Submit an application for a change of advisor (Attachment 15)

  4. 4Pledge of Compliance for Research Ethics Form (Attachment 19)
  5. 5Submit a certificate of completion of the research ethics education (online) special course
  • Submission period :
    November 5, 2024 (Tuesday) ~
    November 15 (Friday)
  • Related documents: Graduate School website → Thesis related materials (if not submitted within the deadline, the review cannot be requested)
  • For research ethics training (online), go to the Alpha Campus (https://alpha-campus.kr/) of the National Institute of Science and Technology Human Resources Development (NIST), Sign up/login → Search → Search for 'Research Ethics for Graduate Students' → Select 'Research Ethics for Graduate Students (Humanities and Social Sciences/Science and Technology)' → Sign up for the course → Print out the certificate after completing the course → Submit to the graduate school department (We recommend that you execute the above steps on the Edge or Chrome browsers)
Submission of thesis/dissertation for review
  1. 1Submit thesis for review to the Graduate School Department Office. 4 copies(spring binding) for master’s and 6 copies(spring binding) for doctorate.
  2. 2Submit a plagiarism check result confirmation.
    • Printing the plagiarism check result: Click the download image in the test result → View details → Print (not "Download results”)
    • Notice: Use of the Plagiarism Prevention System for Thesis (Plagiarism Check Result Confirmation)
  3. 3Thesis Committee Request Form (Attachment 4)
  4. 4Thesis Review Request (Attachment 8)
  5. 5Abstract of the thesis (Attachment No. 9)
    • Master's: 4 copies
    • Doctorate: 6 copies

 Payment of the Advising fee / Reviewing fee (non-refundable)

  • Submission period :
    April 7, 2025 (Monday) ~
    April 11 (Friday)
  • Failure to submit the review paper (working paper) within the submission period will result in the paper not being reviewed.
  • Make sure your review papers (works in progress) follow the style guidelines
  • When submitting a thesis for review, be sure to include a plagiarism check result.

Thesis/Dissertation review and reporting of the results

  • [Doctoral Program] When submitting the preliminary review results report, submit the proof of achievements of the dissertation (attachment) that meet the standards of the Graduate School Degree Award Regulations (Article 9, Paragraph 5 / Appendix 1 ) to the Graduate School Office (if not submitted, the main review cannot proceed)
Submission of the final version of the thesis

    • Doctorate : 4 copies signed by the committee(original copy), CD
  2. 21 copy of the copyright use permit
  3. 31 copy of the consent form for collection, use and provision of personal information
  4. 4Submission of plagiarism check confirmation (Copy Killer)
    • Confirmation/signature of the advisor

  5. 5Request for change of title of thesis: Submit if the title of the final version is different from the research plan

The submission documents and formats for the thesis and dissertation are the same (*The work theory for degree is only for the master’s courses)

All documents must be submitted in person (no email, mail, fax, etc.)

 

<Notes on submitting the copy of the thesis/dissertation (final version)>

  • Submit the thesis file on a CD - hwp, doc, div files (When inserting a picture in hwp, be sure to include it in the document)
    ※ Write the title of the thesis, department, student number, and name on the CD label.
  • No revisions after submitting the final copy

심사용 논문(작품론) 접수
  1. 1심사용 논문(작품론)은 석사: 4부, 박사: 6부 스프링 제본하여 대학원 교학과로 제출(학과로 석사 3부 박사 5부 재교부 함)
  2. 2논문표절검사 확인서(카피킬러) 제출
    • 출력 : 검사결과란의 다운로드 그림 클릭→상세보기→출력("종합결과 다운로드" 아님)
  3. 3석·박사학위 심사위원 제청서(별지서식 제4호)
