Introduction

The Department of Visual Information Design aims to nurture “21C Creative THINK Designers” who meet the demands in the digital information age. By helping students develop creative thinking and problem-solving skills in relation to design, it has been producing excellent designers who can contribute to society. Students from this department have won a number of prestigious awards at domestic and overseas competitions, gaining recognition of their expertise and skills. The department also helps motivate individual students to accomplish their vision and cultivate their qualifications to become global leaders.

Educational Objectives & Characteristics

In line with the spirit of Christianity and the founding philosophy of the university, the department conducts academic and technical research and development (R&D) to meet the needs of modern society and provides specialized education based on a curriculum that integrates convergence projects.
