  • The doctorate program of the Department of Real Estate Studies at Namseoul University, located close to the Seoul National Capital Area, which is considered the center of real estate in Korea, provides unparalleled education to students endeavoring to gain expertise in real estate development, real estate management, and real estate finance.
  • The 6-term curriculum focuses on topics such as real estate development, business management, finance as well as real estate laws, public policies, sustainability, urban economics and asset management.
  • The comprehensive curriculum consisting of courses on various aspects of real estate studies as well as the project and thesis/dissertation requirements provide students with opportunities to consolidate their diverse knowledge bases.   • The Real Estate Development Specialization Program nurtures developers with creativity and insight who can grasp the interrelationships among different tasks as well as knowledge in various areas required for real estate development.
