Introduction

The Department of Business Administration aims to nurture creative talents who are intellectually inquisitive and pursue creative ideas, problem-solving talents who are capable of recognizing and problems and coming up with solutions on their own, cooperative talents who display excellent teamwork with their peers, and global talents who understand international standards and can be active in the global community. This is to turn students into business management experts with a global mindset.
The values pursued by the department are a “fun and happy community,” a “community where the members pursue development together,” and a “community that strives toward higher standards.”

Educational Objectives

The department provides education that fits the following criteria for the purpose of nurturing professional business executives who meet the demands of the digital age

  • Provide courses that help build digital thinking skills
  • Provide practical education that equip students with the qualifications and skills of a professional business executive
  • Offer education geared toward problem-solving for real-life applications
  • Operate a career development program (CDP) to help students develop their individual careers

Program Characteristics

  • 1A 2-year program with 4 terms (master’s degree) or a 3-year program with 6 terms (doctorate)
  • 2Students can write a thesis/dissertation or substitute a thesis/dissertation with course credits
  • 3Turning students into professionals who are capable of managing a company or other organizations in various aspects through business administration courses pertaining to a wide range of areas
  • 4Building a human network of alumni who have become professional business executives and entrepreneurs (Management Leaders’ Club)
